Pellet Service

We service all Pellet Stoves and Inserts.

We charge a minimum of $200 an hour for this service at a one hour minimum.

Time is then pro rated every 15 minutes after the first hour.

Most of these services take between 1.5-2 hours on average.

We do not take card payments of any type at this time. Cash, Check or ACH payments only.

What does service entail?

The typical pellet service typically includes a full inspection and cleaning of the stove. During this cleaning we can remedy some issues that may occur, like dirty burn pots, ignitor, flue or jammed auger. It also allows us to fully inspect and diagnose the issues that may occur in the unit. We are then able to replace parts if necessary or make plans to purchase parts to get the fireplace fixed. After the unit is fixed we will go over operation with the homeowner.
