Pellet Service

We service a wide range of pellet-burning stoves and inserts, providing thorough cleaning, inspection, and service to help ensure reliable performance and safe operation.

Service Rates

$200 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.
After the initial one-hour minimum, service time is prorated in 15-minute increments.
Most pellet appliance services typically require 1.5–2 hours, depending on the appliance, its condition, and the level of cleaning or service required.

Regular professional maintenance is an important part of keeping your pellet appliance operating efficiently and reliably throughout the heating season.

What does service entail?

A typical pellet appliance service includes a comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and operational evaluation of the stove or insert. During the cleaning process, our technicians address common issues such as dirty burn pots, clogged or malfunctioning igniters, restricted flue passages, and jammed augers.

A thorough inspection also allows us to identify and diagnose potential mechanical, electrical, or performance-related issues. When repairs are necessary, we may be able to replace the required components during the service appointment or identify the appropriate parts and develop a plan to complete the repairs.

Once the appliance has been serviced and any necessary repairs have been completed, our technician will review proper operation with the homeowner. We want to ensure that you understand how to operate and maintain your pellet appliance properly for safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
