Gas Service
We service a variety of gas appliances.
Built-in gas fireplaces, gas inserts, gas stoves, gas logsets, gas patio heaters and gas firepits.
We charge a minimum of $185 an hour for this service at a one hour minimum.
Time is then pro rated every 15 minutes after the first hour.
We do not take card payments of any type at this time. Cash, Check or ACH payments only.
What does service entail?
A typical gas fireplace service includes a comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and operational evaluation of the appliance. During the service, our technicians address common issues such as dirty or discolored glass and accumulated debris while thoroughly evaluating the fireplace and its components.
This detailed inspection allows us to identify, diagnose, and address potential performance or safety concerns. When repairs are needed, we may be able to replace the necessary components during the appointment or identify the required parts and develop a plan to complete the repairs.
Once service and repairs are complete, our technician will review the fireplace's operation with the homeowner and provide guidance on proper use and maintenance. Our goal is to ensure the appliance is operating properly and that the homeowner is comfortable and confident using their fireplace.
